People driving with their high beams on seems to be an epidemic around here. This should give them the hint to turn them off:

Kinja'd!!!

Outside of that, should be great on deserted back roads and on back trails.

I bought a light bar awhile back and have been contemplating putting it on my truck for this very reason. Originally I was going to put it on my rallycross car but this is an epidemic that needs to be fixed. That along with people using their running lights as headlights

*Looks at position of light bar*

Well, that’s certainly a high beam.

Grab a relay and rig up a strobe option.

Maybe wire it all to the horn, for ease of actuation as well as an audible alert.

Not as bad as having a somewhat low car (Z4M) and having a SUV stop at a light behind you.. that is brutal..

This. When my wife follows me in the CX-3 and I’m in the Fiesta ST, it’s blinding in the rear view.

Fucking great, hate it when people do that.  Especially when they're too lazy to change it their blown bulb.

Wishful thinking

They’ll likely just think “why is this car blinding me with roof lights” and they’ll remain  oblivious to their transgressions.

Th e strobe could be a hefty fine in some states.

Lo ts  of states have laws about what color lights can strobe or even be on your roof in the first place. Many of them include clear or white lights on the list of no-no's

There’s been a car for the last 3 weeks driving with high beams to “cover” their blown out low beam. Kicker, the car has separate bulbs, so running the high beams just makes it even more obvious.
